Garriott & Associates Realty opened its doors July 11, 2005.  Chuck Garriott, Broker/Owner started a succesful career in Real Estate in March 2000 following his career in the banking and computer programming industry.

Chuck Garriott is the #1 Top Producing Realtor® in Callaway County (*per Heart of MO Board of REALTORS® MLS Statistics for 2003 through 2007!)
